So I am sending you the application in advance because we have a good number of potential clients to attend to. Those potential clients who are motivated will take the necessary actions and be the first to start the process by completing the paperwork. Those who don’t I assume are not interested. And that’s OK too. I want you to be happy with the home you are leasing and the owner you’ll be dealing with. Likewise, we wish the same too. Now of course this does not mean you would not qualify. We at the Rental Group pride ourselves on doing fair business and understand what you might be going through. Guess what, we were also renters at one point. We get it! If are able to provide proof of solid income, are responsible for your affairs, and fair-minded, we can do business. That said, we still go through the necessary qualifications to verify these attributes mentioned.
