We are happy you are considering leasing from us. So let’s get started with the rental process.

STEP 1: Get on our notification list. Scroll all the way down to the bottom. If viewing this information from another website, go to 
https://therentalgrp.com/, scroll to the bottom and enter a name, contact number, and email. Remember, we call from the information you provide so please ensure it’s correct.  

STEP 2: Select the property you wish to view. If not listed here, we are continuing to update. Otherwise, it is the property listed on Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, or elsewhere. We can also email pictures or video. If you are out of state and cannot view the property, view vitaully or have another person view the property on your behalf. Contact our office for more information. 

STEP 3: Click here to schedule a consultation with the property management office or call (706) 641-2088 to learn about the property and to answer any questions. 

STEP 4: Start and complete the rental application by clicking Apply here. Follow the instructions as directed. Please remember when submitting and uploading documents, all documents must show your full name and current address. Follow the instructions to complete your application. Remember, every person 18 years of age or older must submit a separate application. This applies to married couples as well. Include as much documentation as possible for faster processing. A minimum credit score will apply to all applications. For applications with bankruptcies and evictions please consult the Rental Group before payment of application. We considered all applications and select the best-qualified applicant. We recommend that you read our rental policies and procedures prior to submitting your application. NOTE: ALL APPLICATION FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

STEP 5: Our office will coordinate access and viewing of the property. If entering the property alone, we ask that you please make sure the property is locked, lights are off and the key is returned to the electronic lockbox. (Properties are inspected every day so be courteous).
